Fits BMW E36: 1992-1999 3 Series

Designed to reduce shift throw by moving the pivot point of the stock shifter.
It replaces the stock shifter.
It increases the distance between the pivot point and the linkage, thereby decreasing the amount of shifter travel and in the end making shifts shorter.
